Never knew how impactful Jones was until i moved away and had to Aquire another. I love ALL creeds but if you are of color in the 757 this is where you go. Jones gets it! And that itself is pricless!

I pray that anyone who reads this takes heed. Crystal Jones is a negligent practitioner. I was a patient of hers for a year and in that timeframe she was very literally never on time for any appointment. First, there’s no sign on the door indicating that it’s the office of Gateway Medical at all… the sign on the front door confusingly reads “neurology”. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been under her for over a year. She frequently misses appointments. She never returns calls. She’ll say she tried to call but it’s simply not true. I’ve been trying to get through to her since 12/2023 for a refill on my medications. I call 2-3x a week and have yet to hear back. Her front desk person is even astonished by the fact that she doesn’t return calls.
