I have been looking for a specific watch for a couple months with no luck, called jewelers all over the triad. Mike over at Crystal Jewelers was the first and only to get ahold of it. Outside of that, i brought my whole family (4 kids) to pick the watch up and Mike was so welcoming to the family. Most jewelers are off putting with children. Will absolutely be back!
I have done business with Crystal Jewelers a few times and am always extremely pleased with the service I receive. They helped me find hoop earrings as I had lost mine again (2nd time) and Mike searched until he found me the same pair. Also, purchased a beautiful ring from them a few months and love my ring! They are my go to jeweler in this area, and I would highly recommend them. I trust them to repair and clean my jewelry and they are always very nice, helpful and kind. K. Kim
