Valuable Items Went Missing – Heartbreaking Stay at Crystal Inn Great Falls We stayed at the Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites in Great Falls on October 31, 2025. Unfortunately, after checking out the next morning, I realized that two rings — including my vintage wedding ring from the 1920s — were missing from our room. I contacted the hotel immediately, but the items were never recovered. Family Vacation Aug1-4 4D3N I’d like to commend the quick check in at the hotel, the front staff is super friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay coz the room is big and spacious, double sink, breakfast availability and lots of options. And we enjoyed the hot tub and pool especially the kids loved it. We had one issue that we shared in regard to the toilet not flushing well but they fixed it right away which is amazing after we shared the feedback. We will recommend to our family and friends.
