Read these reviews carefully! We dodged a bullet by looking more closely at the reviews the day of our reservation. One review mentioned the hotel having bed bugs and this was 2 weeks prior to our reservation. The lady on the phone tried to tell us that the hotel is under new management and that they had a "tree bug" problem that is now resolved. I didn't buy it. No wonder this hotel was the only hotel with availability nearby at the time.
Water pressure in the shower was very low. It’s cheaper to book online from their website even on the day of reservation, if you just walk in they charge more
This place used to be super nice and now that it’s been taken over by new management 🇮🇳 the rooms smell bad, the cleanliness is poor and the hot tub and pool were low on water. The hot tub was colder than the pool. Sad to see a place that used to be super nice turned into something so terrible.
The hotel is amazing. The staff here are truly exceptional and the rooms are very clean! They are taking care of the property and guests very well. We will be back! Thank you
They are not “pet” friendly. They are DOG friendly. As per new owners or something. It was inconvenient learning this after driving here after booking the room online. Joy.
