After the door would not open and we were moved to a new room ... The TV channel selection was poor and bandwidth spotty (image kept freezing). The room had an unpleasant smell. After getting into PJs and drawing back the bed coverings we found BLOOD droplets sprayed on our sheets when it was time to retire. I was too tired to go get dressed and get new sheets, so we simply removed the ones we could and layed them on the floor.
It was a nice, clean best western. Felt like it was slowly being modernized.
this hotel is hell in disguised. my grandmother booked a two bedroom suite, had a confirmation code and everything, but when we got there the people said that room did not exist. to fix the problem they gave us two separate rooms for the same price, which was whatever. the first room we go to, the fridge is randomly set in the middle of the room (unplugged of course), and there is literal human feces in the toilet AND the TUB. the second room we go to, i confirm the room number to my card that i was given, and i when i open ... read more
