Skip this Hotel – Crystal Inn falls short of expections even for a moderately priced hotel. The carpets were so dirty we had to put towels down to cover the grime. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work - in AUGUST!. When we asked to be moved to a different room, the clerk said none were available but we could go to a different hotel and we wouldn't be charged for the room. Shakespeare here we come!!! – We have stayed at the Crystal Inn for many many years while attending the Shakespearean Festival. It is a great place for families to stay and the pool is pretty nice. There is a Continental Breakfast available for free which has a pretty good selection to choose from. Budget friendly and would definitely recommend to others.
