Upon moving out after my 1-year lease ended, management unjustly charged me $1900 for “carpet replacement”, of which, they were not able to produce an itemized receipt for the costs. After settling the fact that I was not in fact liable for the cost of replacement, I did not get my security deposit back for 3-4 months. Highly unethical and disrespectful management with the sole intention of getting unjustified money from tenants.
