Mona is very unprofessional treats all her office employees like trash! Especially her home health care workers ! She ran my favorite care worker off over a lie and none of the workers she sends are showing up! I'm going to move companies with my old caretaker because this company sucks!
Don’t do it! my mother has been waiting for a care taker for 2 months! when you call to complain to the owner Mona she’s rude and unprofessional! She gets angry when you call to question the care of your loved one! she shouldn’t run a home health agency she’s too unprofessional and angry!
Very first scheduled visit and aide did not show. Worse than that was that supervisor disnt return cal to share a remedy.
