Hi Crystal H. and C. Thank you for stopping by today for the diagnosis of the AC at 509 Windy Hills. On May 1st w/ a service call charge and preventative maintenance charge of over 600.00 dollars a leak was not detected at the back side of the coil pack inside the house.( Very understandable things can happen) we left on May 17th the unit was turned off to save electricity and arrived back August 22, upon arrival we had no air conditioning.
