Quick, quality service.
My last two visits here now for rock chip repairs the techs have tried to convince me that they need to fill an “additional chip they found” only for it be one that was already filled by them at prior appointments . Which to me is either dishonesty or poor workmanship, too bad they are the only place in town. Also had to wait 10 minutes after my car was ready for the front desk staff to finish her lunch before I got my keys back. I’d avoid if possible, spend your money at the Sherwood park locations
Crystal Glass has done an amazing job replacing my windshield on my Model X (a very difficult windshield!), repairing a chip AND even provided me with a beautiful piece of glass for a side table that needed replacing. Thank you all for going above and beyond helping me out with AMI and the extra lengths to make everything right. Can't recommend this team highly enough! Thank you for everything!
The ladies in the front were fantastic. The vehicle was returned in poor shape. The floor areas on both side were filthy and there were small glass pieces on the dashboard and other areas. Would’ve taken all of thirty seconds to wipe everything down.
Windshield was replaced, only complaint is should double check if a vehicle has rain sensing wipers, mine does not so replacing the gelpack was not required. Could have saved 50 bucks. Just for future reference
