Not honest about price and will add extra fill ins without producing proof there were even rock chips present
I picked up a rock chip on my brand new vehicle while passing through Fort sask, I quickly called crystal glass and the ladies up front were amazing, they were able to get my vehicle in right away, the technician did an amazing repair I can barely see where the chip was, all was done 30 minuets before they closed!! I can not say how much I appreciate you guys saving my windshield! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! Thank you again!
It is my pleasure to say that I have been treated very well here. The ladies in the front are amazing♥️. They are very professional and know their stuff ❣️yet very approachable. Didn’t meet the repair techs but my windshield is installed and working with out flaw. Thank you to the staff and owners for a job well done!👏👏
We have been dealing with Crystal Glass Fort Saskatchewan for years, but this is the first time I've left a review. We have always had very good service. The ladies in the front office are amazing, as are the techs in the back. This time, we had a windshield replaced, but when it was calibrated it didn't work. Lee kept us informed of what was happening, and that they would be replacing the windshield with a different one that would take the calibration.
