Crystal Glass has done an amazing job replacing my windshield on my Model X (a very difficult windshield!), repairing a chip AND even provided me with a beautiful piece of glass for a side table that needed replacing. Thank you all for going above and beyond helping me out with AMI and the extra lengths to make everything right. Can't recommend this team highly enough! Thank you for everything!
The ladies in the front were fantastic. The vehicle was returned in poor shape. The floor areas on both side were filthy and there were small glass pieces on the dashboard and other areas. Would’ve taken all of thirty seconds to wipe everything down.
Windshield was replaced, only complaint is should double check if a vehicle has rain sensing wipers, mine does not so replacing the gelpack was not required. Could have saved 50 bucks. Just for future reference
Not honest about price and will add extra fill ins without producing proof there were even rock chips present
I picked up a rock chip on my brand new vehicle while passing through Fort sask, I quickly called crystal glass and the ladies up front were amazing, they were able to get my vehicle in right away, the technician did an amazing repair I can barely see where the chip was, all was done 30 minuets before they closed!! I can not say how much I appreciate you guys saving my windshield! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! Thank you again!
