I want to comment on the excellent service received at Crystal Glass Fort Saskatchewan. They repaired two stone chips for me. I was very impressed by the ladies in the office and the tech who did the work, so I was happy to complete a customer satisfaction survey. I was horrified to discover, after the fact, that I had inadvertently given them a low score for value of service for money spent. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
