I am a very unhappy customer of Crystal Auto Glass. I brought my Porsche Macan in for a windshield chip repair and left with a chip repair that is now a crack which looks worse than when I arrived. What frustrates me most is that I was never told beforehand that the repair could make the damage more noticeable or fail entirely. I wasn’t asked to sign anything acknowledging that risk, and it certainly wasn’t explained to me when they took my vehicle into the shop.
