Great service also cheaper than anyone else in Saint Albert.
Great place to pick up glass products (I bought a mirror and replacement dual pane windows) for the DYIer. Service is great and very helpful. Only minor item that does not put this to a 5 star, is that they do not wrap the glass with cardboard and you must bring your own materials to bring home (not a big deal, but be informed to bring your own materials).
When I asked the technician if I could ask him a question about my windshield chips he looked up to the sky, sighed heavily, slammed my car door shut and then gave me the most disrespectful look that clearly told me he was irritated Iand I was a waste of time. Sadly his attitude only got worse from there. I did not trust that he was going to do a professional job so I asked for my keys back and went inside to talk to someone about how he behaved . Got my windshield replaced today by crystal glass. They did a great job and in a timely manner. Only thing is I’m disappointed they used my bumper as a stool in stead of a step ladder. I freshly washed my truck yesterday and wasn’t too happy to see shoe prints on my bumper. Should’ve at least cleaned the marks off. Otherwise good service
