Service was amazing, quick and done right
Absolutely terrible experience wit Crystall Glass Grande Prairie. I went in with a small crack on my windshield, expecting a quick fix. Instead, they applied a tiny dot of resin that didn’t cover or stop the crack at all. Right after I left, the crack began spreading further down the glass. I returned to ask if they could take a second look and properly address the issue. Shockingly, they refused to do anything unless I paid again, no warranty, no inspection, not even a conversation about what went wrong. This is the worst c... read more
