I was a tenant for 2 years, starting in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit before moving to a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Neither unit had a dishwasher, garbage disposal, or modern spray sink handles, making washing dishes difficult. Both units had flooding issues, but in the 3-bedroom unit my entire kitchen and back room would flood. The 2-bed had old, dirty carpet, very thin walls where you could hear neighbors arguing, dogs barking and running up and down the stairs, and police were called nearly every month. I made an appointment through the website for a Saturday tour. I went to the property at my scheduled time and the leasing office was closed. They shouldn't offer an option for Saturday appointments if no one will be there.
