Such a great clinic and urgent care.
I have had multiple poor experiences with this office whether on the phone or in person. On a recent phone call the receptionist was very short and unhelpful so I hung up the phone. Later on that day I came in to check in for the appointment scheduled. She was also very rude to me in person , she would not look at me when speaking to me. Was doing stuff on her computer, clicking all over the place and holding the phone up to her ear but not speaking to anyone.
