PUBLIC BEWARE! This location I can speak from experiences to be avoided they are extremely unprofessional specifically, Dr. Tallman‘s staff meaning his nurses. The manager of the clinic is offensive and argumentative. She is not calm by any means when handling conflict. Not apologetic or frankly even nice. How she even managed to get the position I’ll never even know. Dr. Tallman prescribed me the wrong medication. I never feel rushed through my appointment. Dr gives me the time to go over any issues I might have. And either takes care of it at that time or has me schedule to address it at a separate time. Which is so appreciated. I would and have referred to this clinic. Oh, and the lab is so nice and gentle.

I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone at this clinic is! The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Riley is the best physician I've seen in all my 71 years. Truly. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at Northwest Family Clinics in Crystal.
