If we could give Crystal Francey less than one star, we would. As stated below, and on other review sites, she is ineffectual, consistently slow, and incommunicative. Rather than helping, she was a hinderance to our eviction procedure because she didn't file the L1 notice with the LTB until 2 weeks after a critical arrears date. Finally, we had the pleasure of paying for this farce or she wouldn't release documentation of communications between her and the tenant to us. Don't walk, run from her services.
In my opinion Ms Francey is a very poor communicator, does not respond to emails or does not respond in a timely manner and did not keep the client aware of tasks that were completed or to be completed such as waiting to the last day to file with the court when the document was approved 13 days prior. I found Ms. France to be arrogant, Kurt and I would not recommend her to anyone who requires Paralegal services.
