We purchase a home that had a 30 yr old Crystal Flash tank with propane still in it. When I called to arrange removal they said they would refund the unused propane if I got online and created an account. After jumping through the hoops they required, the refund never came. Months have passed, I just called to inquire and Sue told me they decided keep the $250 for pickup charges - a.k.a. "a wash".
