jenny was very kind and talked through every step of the way!! also her music was great
All interactions, be it phone calls, scheduling with the front desk or mouth strapped open waiting for a whining drill to decend upon your choppers the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Each visit is like stopping by to visit with an old friend, who happens to have a teeth obsession. My schedule allows little time for appointments but they make planning around my nonsence seem easy. If you must have someone rummaging around in your mouth you couldn't do better.
Taken in on time. All were welcoming and friendly. Told every step what was happening. Small filling completed in 15-20 minutes. 😊
I’ve been coming here for years, and Dr. Omar and Jennilee (the hygienist) are honestly the reason I keep coming back. They’re both so genuine and easy to talk to, and always manage to make appts tolerable. They have a great sense of humor, but still take the time to really explain what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed, and I always feel comfortable asking questions. Extremely professional and non judgemental. Dr. Omar was thorough with his explanation of his plan to bring my smile back to the way it was. I wish I remembered the hygienist name, she was careful and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Was nervous about going but now I'm looking forward to going back.
