Unprofessional and irresponsible
I love this neighborhood, but I am frustrated with this HOA. I have reached out for help with my communication of the newsletter and they have been completely unhelpful, when I finally asked to work with someone else they lied to me and said I would receive it, again I did not. For a 50$ a month HOA, I am not impressed.
Not even 1 star! Better if they will care about safety of the neighbors - putting efforts in building walkways so people can walk not on the road. But they only care about things that can’t be seen.
