Houston is Houston, crime is everywhere, you want a safe community environment Crystal Falls is the Place. I have been here for 3 years it has been a family community. ADRI and ELY treat this place like their own family which made me feel welcoming. They are the best! Paulino and Joe are quick to serve their community, if there’s any issues with the apartment they get it done ASAP! Best apartments overall in Houston. I would definitely recommend this place to live if you want to feel like a family community.
I lived at this place for years and I enjoyed all my time here. Audria and Elly are both very welcoming and always treated me and my guests with respect. The team is quick to communicate any important information and the maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The area is quiet and peaceful and I did not have any issues. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live!
New to the area and love how accommodating the leasing office is. The community is very friendly, looking forward to a long term stay.

I should have written this a long time ago, but time flies! I cannot say enough great things about the management and maintenance team at Crystal Falls. The residents are all kind and considerate of one another, and the events the office hosts for residents are always fun. This was a quiet place to live and I enjoyed my time here. Audria and Elly really take care of the residents and all maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly, often the same day. Loved living here and would recommend.
