The owners and staff are the most warm and caring people. My mom absolutely loved living there. The meals are wonderful and everyone sits together at a beautifully set table. Your loved one would be so very fortunate to live there.
We placed our mom at Crystal Falls around 3 years ago. Ayda and Tracy have been great about accommodating her special needs required by her medical condition. She was underweight when she arrived and now is a healthy weight and maintaining. They take care of prescriptions and have a doctor visit the house and a hairdresser come to cut hair, which is really nice because it is so difficult to transport our mom as she can’t help transfer herself at all. Very nice residence. Lovely grounds with a waterfall and pond giving residents a great view of nature. Staff are extremely friendly and strive to provide people in their care with a feeling of being part of the family. They provided excellent skilled care for my mother and I know she thoroughly enjoyed her time at Crystal Falls.
