I recently contacted Crystal Exteriors because the screen door on my ProVia sliding patio door would no longer stay on track. I sent a text asking whether the issue might be covered under the warranty and honestly wasn't expecting much more than a simple answer. I recently had my roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Crystal Exteriors LLC and I was extremely pleased. The owner, Jason Lim is professional and knowledgable and made the who process seamless. In addition, Crystal Exteriors LLC has a ShingleMaster PRO for Certainteed SureStart. Mr. Lim was always responsive to my questions by phone, text, and email. I appreciated the detail estimate.
