I recently had my roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Crystal Exteriors LLC and I was extremely pleased. The owner, Jason Lim is professional and knowledgable and made the who process seamless. In addition, Crystal Exteriors LLC has a ShingleMaster PRO for Certainteed SureStart. Mr. Lim was always responsive to my questions by phone, text, and email. I appreciated the detail estimate. We had an excellent experience with Crystal Exteriors who replaced our roof and siding. Responsiveness, reliability, quality of work and consultative customer service were all top notch. I would absolutely work with them again.
Crystal Exteriors is hands down the best. I’m not one who writes many reviews but I really want to highlight this company and the owner Edgar. We had 4 doors installed in 2018, all of them have been great and they look like they will stay that way for many years to come. Crystal Exteriors installed new windows and a screen door for us five years ago. We were very pleased with their work. Recently, the screen door handle broke off. I contacted Mr. LI and he replaced the door handle without any charge for the service call. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service.
Crystal Exteriors did a superb job installing an entry door to my garage earlier this month. From the initial contact with Edgar and Garrett to installation with Ivan and Carlos, the company exhibited incredible professionalism. They were on time, on price, and delivered and installed an incredible quality product. This was not without challenges as the garage is several decades old and the walls are not plumb.
