Crystal Exteriors did an excellent job on our roof and trim project. The team was professional, timely, and the pricing was fair. The craftsmanship really stood out, everything looks great. What impressed me most was how Jason handled a material warranty claim that actually came from the prior owners’ contract. Even though it wasn’t something he was obligated to do, he honored it and made sure the issue was resolved. That kind of integrity and service is rare.
