This is a tremendously well run and honest company. Ivan arrived within 2 hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the problem and brought in a crew to fix a serious drain problem. He was completely transparent in explaining what he was doing—showing me live film of the blocked pipe and explaining why his solution was necessary. He also proactively checked the part of the pipe that was not yet causing problems and it was clear that this pipe was damaged as well. I have a main drain overflow issue in my basement. The problem occurs only when I use the water tap in the kitchen on the main floor and the laundry room; the other areas are fine. Dwayne came to my house and kindly explained everything, including the type of blockage and what could happen if I didn't use power flushing. He used a nearly inch-thick, 50-foot-long coil to clear the basement pipe. Once he finished, everything returned to normal. Thanks, Dwayne! You're like a brother to me.
