나는 2022년 초부터 2023년 초까지 약 2년동안 이 치과를 이용했습니다. 마지막으로 했던 치료는 어금니 신경 치료였고 인공 뿌리를 심었습니다. 그후 계속해서 자극이 남았고 치과에 불편을 호소 했는데 조금 더 두고 보자고 하셨고 몇 개월 후 나는 재 방문을 해서 다시 불편을 호소 했습니다. 그런데 잘 못됐다고 하시면서 다시 해야 된다고 하셨습니다. 그러나 나는 마침 요르단으로 와야 하는 시기였습니다. 그래서 닥터와 시간을 잡을 수 없다는 말을 들었고 하는 수없이 불편한 채로 요르단에 왔고 약 8개월쯤 후에 치아에 염증이 시작 됐습니다. 결국 다시 신경 치료를 받아야 했고 겨우 치아는 살릴 수 있었지만 잘 못하면 치아를 빼야 하는 위기를 맞았습니다. 외국 생활에서 비용을 다시 지불 한 것도 힘들었지만 잘 못을 알고도 바로 시정 조치를 해 주시지 않았다는 것은 환자를 너무 소홀하게 대했다는 마음을 지울 수가 없습니다.

Strongly recommend this place. I have been going here for the past 5+ years and very satisfied. Dr. Ryu is very professional. She explains the procedure and gets everything done with no pain. And so fast. Doctor makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to caring doctor and staff.

Even though I've relocated to Florida recently, if any dental emergency came up, I wouldn't hesitate to find an excuse to come back up north for a visit and to have my dental work done at Crystal Dental with Rachel. Rachel has been our family dentist for 28 years and counting. We were first introduced to her practice by word of mouth and it's been a blessing to find an honest and caring professional who always makes sure that you're as comfortable as can be.
