My family has been here roughly 10 years. Perfect location next to 3 shopping plazas, 2 schools and a college. But just out of the way enough were there is almost no traffic. You quickly become close with the staff here as they are so experienced and kind. Graciously affordable and a great place to be.
It is truly a joy to live here. It is very peaceful and my neighbors are all so friendly. The grounds are kept up very nicely. Annie, who works on the office is great!

Management is always helpful and friendly, even though super busy with working on other properties, but they make it a group effort to help each other out. Location is great, close to shopping without having to drive. Excited to go swimming soon as long as other tenants don't mess it up for the rest of us
I have lived here for 5 year and I am happy with how things are. The managment and maintenance personnel though quite busy at times do their very best to address the issues of the people who live here. Annie and her staff are alway friendly and smiling. Keep up the great job.
