Excellent customer service from April. Their products that can be ordered are very good quality.
Upper management went to Mexico for a month and a half 'for a vacation' during the pandemic just recently. Furloughed a whole team, and then with new clients coming onboard - let them go while other co-workers were swamped with little help and lots of stress. (A positive, is they added the furloughed onto the vaccination list) When hiring they talk highly of pay raises after probationary period and 6 month marks, they don't happen. Get into profit share after a year but they fire workers before they can hit the profit share.... read more
