So went for our intake and Carol looked me dead in the eyes and said "I don't care" when explaining situations within the family. I strongly do not recommend this woman, her whole vibe was that my family was more of a nuisance.
My daughter attended grief counseling (in the form of play therapy) with Jerri after we went through life-changing trauma. Over the past 2 years we have gotten to know Jerri and her therapy dog, Mocha, very well. Jerri is a true professional and knows how to connect with children in a unique way. Not only that, but her office is ah-maz-ing!! So many fun toys for play therapy.
