3 executive directors in as many years. Activity schedule has not changed in 10 years. No creativity for engaging residents. My.client had his 70th birthday and there was no March birthday sign on is door and no acknowledgment of his milestone. Very sad. Moving out. This used to be a great place but it is old, worn, and the staff reflects that.
