You may as well accuse every shopper of being a thief with your policy that purses go into a locker. With your over priced merchandise, you should be making enough to give each customer a free tube of seed beads. I drove 70 miles to shop there and will NEVER be back.

I think the staff is stuffy and old, and their service reflects that. I've not felt so uncomfortable in a store in a long time. I think they are racist.
Everyone who has a "creative goddess" waiting to come out should look at Crystal Creation Classes. Your fellow classmate are always warm and friendly and all the instructors are superb. You won't regret spending time in their classrooms.
