Crystal coves I enjoy living here it's quite and anytime I need anything fixed it done right away
Crystal Cove villas Quiet and Clean. All units are 2/2. Good mix of people from young working families to retired. Nice pool area and dog park. Maintenance available 24 hours and very quick to respond. Been here 4 years and have been very satisfied.
Great Location but horrible upkeep. I have lived at Crystal Cove Villas for several years and Palm Harbor is a great place to live. The upkeep of the property is not good, there has been a mold issue at this property for many years and the landlord refuses to address it, also, the property is in need of general cleaning and painting but again the landlord always has an excuse not to do so.
