They were so amazing. The customer service was fantastic they communicated with me so well. Crystal coves built me a pool with hot tub/grill portion. My whole backyard including white rocks and turf. From the design process, to the entire process was great I was kept so informed. Really appreciate them and would highly recommend.

Crystal Cove did an incredible job with our backyard. You guys, their work is so good! They built us a gorgeous in ground pool, spa, and fire pit. They did the whole backyard, plants and all. It turned out so good. They are so good at communicating and we were informed every step of the way. I recommend them 10/10!
We were very happy with our experience working with Crystal Cove Pool and Spa. From the stat ,each stage of the build was scheduled quickly and completed on time with no unnecessary delays. The communications throughout the process was great. We always knew what to expect, and any questions we had were answered right away. Even after the pool was finished, Tim provided excellent support and made sure we were comfortable with using the equipment. Overall the process was smooth and stress free.
Hunter, Tim, and the entire CrystalCove team crushed my project on time on budget. Their subcontractors were kind and considerate and have Hunter has supported me all through the first summer of pool use. Very nice humans too, and everyone that sees the enitre project including landscaping, hardscape and lighting thinks they were a great value for the dollar!!!
