The service staff works quite quickly and fixes all the breakdowns. Many thanks to the guys (Hugo and his assistant ) who fixed the problems in the drain tank, fixed the water valve and installed new screens for lighting in a bathroom.
Muy mal servicio el de la oficina es un dolor de cabeza este edificio no hablan claro no le doy la mitad de una estrella porque no se puede sino lo haría las chicas de la oficina tienen muy poco profesionalismo el edificio tiene muchas cucarachas no lo recomiendo para nada

We love this building! The maintenance team & ladies in the office are always so nice and so helpful! They’re also super prompt with addressing any issues that may come up. After living in a few other complexes nearby- I can say this building is a GEM of a find! So thrilled to have found it! Overall clean, professional, and friendly! Can’t really ask for more!
The alarms are getting ridiculous and it has happened over a dozen times random hours day snd night. Over half and hour to shut them off every time.
