It's a place to park your RV water,electricity hookups. Sani dump. Dogs on leash good thing . Most here are long term. Haven't been here long enough to form a opinion except the obvious. Got help leveling my trailer which was nice of the 2 neighbors I have. Update; They have new owners... you can't reach them at all even if you have the number for them , leave messages, they still do NOT call you back. So I will never go back.. and discourage anyone else from bothering to contact them. And there is still junk on the ground ,... read more
