For example, the tape on the upper trim of the car was put on top of the old tape, the old tape should have been removed and then install the new one. I was quoted for adjusting the headliner fabric and all they did was put fabric glue on it, which probably took them 10mins to do. The bumpers were supposed to be adjusted and glued if necessary, well the bumpers after a week are loose again and back to how they were. Clearly ... read more
