Punitive and petty rescheduling process. Per a delay at an appointment earlier in the day at a different provider, I called Crystal Coast Pain Management to advise them of such and that I was running about 15 minutes behind, but was absolutely on my way. The call was taken Carla, and she told me they allow up to a 15 minute delay window, and that it should be fine for me to show up. I have been a patient at CCPM Jacksonville for years. The doctors, FNP’s, reception area as well as nurses are always pleasant and professional. 8 yrs ago, I moved to NC to work with military families as a psych nurse/counselor...after a surprise leg amputation, (and Crohn's 49yrs).., worried about how I'd be able to find a decent Dr. Dr.Aumen was great, compassionate and seemed to understand how a long time survivor of Crohn's and Diabetes, would recoup with an amputation from a DVT.
