The doctors were very nice and helpful but the front desk lost our insurance for 2 days (thursday) and didnt bother to call us till after the weekend, just to realize they had it sitting in their email the whole time. so now were waiting even longer for relief. Wish the secretaries shared the same enthusiasm as the medical professionals

When it comes to this place, I can hear the saxophones getting louder and louder. It’s 2026 work place diversity is definitely a thing. I’ll sit this right here for a moment and let that sink in for a lot of people whose head this went over!!
UPDATE: In August, I was contacted by this facility and asked if I would like to return as a patient. At the time, I politely declined because I already had care established elsewhere. After giving it some thought, I decided to give the facility another chance. Everyone makes mistakes, and I wanted to believe the previous situation may not have been handled properly or that the provider was not aware of how poorly things were managed. Punitive and petty rescheduling process. Per a delay at an appointment earlier in the day at a different provider, I called Crystal Coast Pain Management to advise them of such and that I was running about 15 minutes behind, but was absolutely on my way. The call was taken Carla, and she told me they allow up to a 15 minute delay window, and that it should be fine for me to show up.
