I'm not getting the care I feel I need. I've had two shots and it seems like a production line getting them in and out as fast as possible. Barely any one on one time. Having to endure so much pain and feeling like they don't care. Put a bandaid on it and just go. They were supposed to send a referral out and they say they did, it's been a week tomorrow and I have yet to hear from the referral. I should not have to beg to get care. Great staff always helpful.
Kind staff, minimal waiting. They ensure you have your medicine. They try to find out what is causing your pain, not just cover it up with medication. I would and do recommend them.
I went into the new bern office today to keep my appointment upon arrivial to my surprise I was told i coould not pay my co-pay by way of a check. The receptionist called a finance department ladyup front she looked at me and turned around therefore I was unable to be seen. Note this same office took my check two weeks earlier and never said a word about we don't accept checks. There is no posted sign stating they have a no check policy. Great staff, friendly, outgoing and very professional. I'm not a patient but my mom is. Dr. Kitchen is her Dr and he's very thorough and has a great bedside manner.
Dr Kitchen and His Nurse are the best. very helpful and caring.

They are very outgoing and helpful at check in and the nurse and doctor were very thorough in answering questions and giving instructions.
