My husband had to have Oral Surgery after a long weekend of tooth pain. Dr. Hagan was great, fixed my husband right up but the the ladies in the front office made our visit so nice. They are very nice and caring. We highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery. Thank you so much

Great experience the staff and the doctor are awesome took very good care of me and even followed up that's the way it should. If I need more surgery on my teeth I will be back there!! Fantastic job
Great experience!!!! My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Everyone was helpful and friendly and made my daughter and I very comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Hagan and staff called and check on her to make sure she was ok and to see if we had any questions!! Very pleased.
This entire staff is top notch - from front desk through Dr. Hagan! Best of all, Dr. Hagan was swift and confident to diagnose solutions, with priority on patient concerns and personal preferences, not pressuring any treatment options. And in the 21st century, what other doctor calls personally to check on you after surgery? Every family dentist in New Bern should have Dr. Hagan as #1 on the referral list!
I cannot enough about this medical practice. Everyone was very kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out. They were all very helpful, informative & accommodating. You can tell they have the patient's best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hagan to any of my friends or family in a heartbeat.
