Absolutely terrible company. I live in a neighborhood governed by them. Houses w appliances and trash etcin the yard , farm animals to include horses, goats and pigs. Roads in disrepair. They do nothing but take your money and ignore you. Especially James.
My wife and I were looking at propter at Mariner's Point in Indian Beach, NC. I made a simple request to Crystal Coast Management regarding contact information for an HOA President. Completely unresponsive. We decided against purchasing the property at this location in large part because of this property management company.
