Jacqueline is the BEST property manager around and if you've not ever experienced her then you're missing out. She knows her job and everything it intels. I'm sooo glad that she's my property manager at Crystal Coast Apartments...thanks Jacqueline for all of the hard work you do ; it doesn't go unnoticed. I have been living at Crystal Coast apartments 12yrs. So I can’t believe half of these reviews. By far and I mean by far Miss.Jacqueline and Mr. Mike are right where they need to be. The best manager and maintenance team. Mike could use some help, but Mike always on point when I need assistance. He always get to what needs to be done. also so sweet he helps Miss Jacqueline when she out handling business in the complex. She doesn’t even know until he say so. I’ve been here for about 2 years and I absolutely love the management! they are so amazing and understanding!! If I need something fixed there one it asap!
I just moved here! Not to long ago! And I happen to like it here! I got a 2bedroom one for me and one for my little girl we love it here and I love the land lady Ms Jacklyn she is lije family and I just love her she is very helpful and always there when you need her! And Mike the maintenance man is very nice and gets the job done! All in all this is a very nice place to live!
I wouldn’t even give them one star. The management there is RIDICULOUS! She uses & threatens tenants w eviction. She charges u ALOT of money when u leave bc the apts are in such bad shape. Moldy apts aren’t getting fixed. Tenants hv HOLES in their ceilings. Water damage. They DONT fix it unless she likes u! She liked me for a while til I turned her into HUD. Now she’s charging me MARKET RENT bc SHE DIDNT CHANGE THE LOCKS WHEN I MOVED! Now’s there a squatter & she’s CHARGING Me! I was already gone & asked my neighbor to turn ... read more
