Black mold infested. Made me and my family very sick. Would not listen to me about it and caulked straight over the mold infested the bathroom. Maintenance does a half ass job. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone
Absolutely disrespectful office staff. Got hung up up on for asking to repeat a phone number cause i only got the last 4 numbers due to a connection issue
Jacqueline is the BEST property manager around and if you've not ever experienced her then you're missing out. She knows her job and everything it intels. I'm sooo glad that she's my property manager at Crystal Coast Apartments...thanks Jacqueline for all of the hard work you do ; it doesn't go unnoticed. I really appreciate you and all of your hard work!!!
I have been living at Crystal Coast apartments 12yrs. So I can’t believe half of these reviews. By far and I mean by far Miss.Jacqueline and Mr. Mike are right where they need to be. The best manager and maintenance team. Mike could use some help, but Mike always on point when I need assistance. He always get to what needs to be done. also so sweet he helps Miss Jacqueline when she out handling business in the complex. She doesn’t even know until he say so. I’ve been here for about 2 years and I absolutely love the management! they are so amazing and understanding!! If I need something fixed there one it asap!
