Dr. Levy is the best. Beautiful facility and helpful staff.
Not impressed with doctors or staff. Not very professional nor great at communication. For example, I left a message on a Monday morning, had to leave a 2nd message on Weds and the doctor’s secretary did not call back until Friday at 4:00. Biggest issue with Crystal Clinic was that I requested my X-rays for a 2nd opinion. My x-rays were given to another patient who happened to be a parent of one of my students. (It had her name on the outside of the CD, but my name and my X-rays were on the disc). This is how I know this hap... read more
