Great staff. Reasonable timing for my first appointment and evaluation, with excellent communication of plan.
Edit : My PT HERE and Cleveland Clinic both dont understand why im getting scheduled out a month per appointment. I cant emphasize enough that there is corruption and or malevolence amongst the schedulers at this location. There needs to be an administrative evaluation of your employees in the front line. Ohio is a one party consent recording state.. record your employees and do the math. If this keeps up, I will be reporting this on a more official level. AGAIN!!! I was really nervous about my appointment because so many other doctors have dismissed me so quickly lately, but Dr Ehrler was amazing! He was so nice, looked over everything, answered my questions and is helping me find the right way to treat my injury. I'm actually looking forward to the follow up appointment to make sure everything is working
