I went to Crystal Clinic to see about back surgery. After about two visits they told me that they couldn't operate. Not sure why they couldn't operate I'm wondering if it was because they thought it be too hard to get my insurance to approve it. I get a bill and I pay it right away. I was given an authorization number of 410233 in case anyone from Crystal Clinic reads this. Later I get another bill the same bill stating that I still owe money. Would not recommend anyone to go there at all they don't do nothing right at all
