Very disappointed. Staff spoke about how they felt a patient was lying about pain. Patient could hear the staff. Will never return to this location. Comments like these undermine trust and discourage patients from seeking medical help.
Crystal Clinic has been amazing. I have been seeing them for 2 issues and they have been nothing but professional and kind.

I went to Crystal Clinic to see about back surgery. After about two visits they told me that they couldn't operate. Not sure why they couldn't operate I'm wondering if it was because they thought it be too hard to get my insurance to approve it. I get a bill and I pay it right away. I was given an authorization number of 410233 in case anyone from Crystal Clinic reads this. Later I get another bill the same bill stating that I still owe money.
