I previously rated this place 5 stars but after going here again I can't help but feel like they aren't taking me or my condition seriously. In addition I was hung up on in the middle of a phone call about how much a surgery might cost. When she called back several hours later she said I hung up on her, and that she was just gunna get back to me "when she had time". I told her she would have to call me back at a later time and over a week later I'm still waiting on that phone call so I know how much the surgery would cost. B... read more

Seen Dr. Ehrler and had an excellent experience. He explained everything to my understanding. I have had nothing the best experiences with the doctors and staff at Crystal Clinic and highly recommend.
