My care was professional, attentive and thorough.It was timely as I was taking a trip and the relief I found in the treatment was exceptional!!
I put my name in a kiosk and did not hear my name called. I waited 45 minutes. Finally went to the desk and was treated horribly. When I asked why I had to wait so long, the receptionist said she called me. Then went to speak so disrespectfully I just had to walk out. I need to see a doctor, but need to be treated like a person. I'm very unhappy. Do everything right and you might get to see a doctor, don't and don't expect to be treated with compassion. Wow!
