Dr Nelman is a fabulous doctor. He did my right knee back in 2021. My knee is doing great. Time for my left knee. I knew who to go back to.
Dr. Pakan is a fantastic Doctor and an even better person he cares and takes great care of everyone that walks into his office. I am a blue collar guy that needs his body to work to earn a paycheck and I know where to go to make that happen. Thanks Doc.
The care was fine, but it was expensive. My problem is trying to get someone on the phone and to send my payment receipt sent to my home. The one time I got someone was when I made the payment. Then, they claimed they do not email receipts but would mail it. Never got it. All my subsequent calls to the 800 number, I just waited and waited on a “brief hold.” No one ever answered. Go somewhere else. You have other options for care.
Dr. Dean was awesome! Would definitely recommend!
