We have used Craig and his crew for years and we have never been disappointed. They are always on time, polite and they do an excellent job. Several of our neighbors have also had similar experiences.
I scheduled for them to come to my home to clean interior and exterior windows; arranged for someone to meet them at my house on Wednesday by 1pm. I spoke with Craig on Wednesday morning to confirm we were still on around 8am. By 4:30pm, they had not arrived, nor called. I left a message at 4:30pm inquiring as to when and if they were coming.
