"How Could Crystal Clear Water & Well Systems Improve" Great Question...maybe respond back. What a great guarantee we got on this system. What a terrible use of the term "family business". A bunch of dishonest users.
Dishonest. Didn’t complete install but were paid in full. Just paid another 700 for a chlorinator after huge checks to them. My own fault but should’ve seen a hustler coming . Never returned for promised low cost monthly service that would allegedly make the high cost of the system worth it. Thankfully found another company and moved on.
I don't know if the nightmare of customer service will ever end with this company. We had this company contracted for our city water run. They ran the pipe about 2-3" under the ground which is not to code. They had to be called out here multiple times to fix out sprinklers they cut through and fixed incorrectly. Now we have notices from the county they never filed the permit correctly and it is now invalid I have to file it again. Wow, these guys are awesome!!! I am glad there is a company that is willing to work with you to ensure that you are taken care of. This company made us feel like family!! If you are thinking about going with a company they are definitely it!! You can tell right off the bat. That they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!! Happy we found them!
