I messaged the owner directly and no response for about a week. In between that time I had called the company directly and left a vm and it has been over a week and still no call back. I called another company and they came out and fixed my window in my home that day and was half the price. Good luck
What a great company. Alan my service tech was not only professional and courteous but came to my gym and Replaced my windshield while I got in a work out. Awesome people.
It's so delightful and rare when you find a company that is a pleasure to work with - had a house window replaced, & even with an initial glitch in installation, they were so prompt and friendly to take care of it. And when I had a question 2 months after it was installed, they came out quickly, addressed it (it wasn't their fault) but they did a courtesy caulking for me, AND even brought up my garbage can from the street for me! Nice people!

Wendy Lynn was terrific to work with. Our experience was terrific from the scheduling of our inspection to preparing our estimate to final installation. Installers were very professional and clean. I recommended CCV to a friend in our community who was also able to use their service.👏
