Even one star is too good for her. Crystal was the listing agent on a property we purchased. She listed the property but failed to do her due diligence. The property was listed that it was connected to public sewage, however, we quickly found out after closing that it has a septic tank. That's a huge missed factor. That septic tank also happens to be failing along with its drain field, so we are forced to spend $20k+ on a completely new system. Buyer Beware — Crystal Clear Realty She was the listing agent who represented the seller when this house was sold to me. Based on my experience, I believe the property was misrepresented, particularly regarding the septic system and the construction over the area where the septic system is located. I later discovered that the septic system is failing, and a plumber told me that the construction does not comply with code.
