I have had this inspection company 3 times The first time there was a main electric box that made a small reference in the middle of the report IT Was dangerous and had been recalled years ago and warnings about it Called him out and said he was sorry Just did another inspection and did not show up 3 times- finally got did it when I was not there- the roof needed 6 hours of repair and could have blown off in bad wind Called 5 times and email before answer Said didn’t show sign of leaks so it was Ok Would never recommend

I do not recommend Crystal Clear Inspection Service. My sister and I paid them $300 to do a home inspection on February 10, 2020. I received a short 1 page print out of findings on site, promised a full assessment to be sent. However, I have not been able to acquire a complete report to this date. A dozen calls with messages. Promised several times to be mailed a printed report, not received. I have asked for a PDF which I will be more than willing to print out myself. Still no service, my calls go straight to voice mail now... read more

Bad experience with them. never called me back would never recommend them, the gentleman bad inspections

What a pleasure to find a company like Crystal Clear Inspections! From Erica in the office to Erick and his associate performing the home inspection, every one far exceeded my expectations. In purchasing a home, it allows a little greater peace of mind to know the home has been inspected so thoroughly. I would never use anyone else. Great job, Crystal Clear!
