Great experience and made the entire process worth going to the office. I learned a lot about my hearing and was fitted with a hearing aide. I can hear now what I couldn’t before and the staff and Keith are awesome.
The owners are excellent, professional, responsive, and friendly. Their office is tidy and comfortable. Parking is easy. They exceeded my hopes and expectations. I found them after visiting several other audiologists in North Orange County.
I’ve been completely deaf in my right ear for over 40 years. That meant constantly managing my surroundings just to function — positioning myself so people sat on my left, calculating where to stand before I even sat down. Conferences and loud rooms were exhausting. Business dinners were something I dreaded, because I often couldn’t hear anyone at the table and just faked my way through it. So far so good. I was able to take advantage of a plan through AARP which gave me a discount. I now have good quality hearing aides.In addition, at my follow up visit adjustments were made to fit my needs.Overall,Great service!
