I bought my hearing aids a year ago from a different person and haven’t used them. Even though I was a walk-in, Keith took the time to analyze my issues and adjusted a few areas. I’ve actually noticed a difference and have started using them on a daily basis! I would highly recommend Keith and Denise!

I had purchased my hearing aids under the former ownership and was very unhappy with their service. Thankfully the Castros took over and I’m am once again a happy camper! They corrected all the settings on my hearing aids after performing COMPLETE hearing tests (something the former owners had not done!), and actually responded to my issues instead of ignoring them as the former owners did. I’m VERY HAPPY that the Castros are my new audiologists! I would recommend them to anyone! 😁
