Crystal Clear Custom Pools office personnel is very rude. Not sure who I was talking with since they never identify themselves. I called in because they ran my debit card on file for my monthly payment (without my authorization)which I normal mail in. Got all huffy and said they’re going to new billing system and only accepting monthly automatic debit payments. Her attitude was very hostile, never experienced that from anyone there before. Maybe she was having a bad day, definitely not professional.
